Downloading ZixGateway Files
Before making changes to your ZixGateway appliance such as applying a patch or running an upgrade, you must download the appropriate files. All ZixGateway files are located on the ZixCorp Support Center. If you have not done so already, download them now.

Sign in with your Email Address and Password. If you do not know your Password, select Forgot your password? and follow the instructions. |

Go to Online Support > Downloads > Zix Products > ZixGateway > [Version] |

From the Downloads page, download the appropriate file to a location accessible by your ZixGateway appliance. |
After you have completed your downloads, you must back up your existing ZixGateway files before applying them.
